About the role

Support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and maintaining Lecce standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to coach employees and take responsibility for the store when the manager is away.

What you’ll do

• Act as manager on duty and lead the sales floor when assigned.
• Coach employees on customer service, selling, recovery, and store policies.
• Assist with scheduling, opening, closing, cash handling, and daily goals.
• Help manage shipment, inventory, price changes, and visual standards.
• Resolve routine customer concerns professionally and promptly.

What we’re looking for

• Retail or customer-service leadership experience preferred.
• Reliable judgment, strong communication, and a positive leadership style.
• Comfortable giving direction and following through on assigned work.
• Able to work independently and maintain high standards during busy periods.

Availability

Flexible availability is required, including some evenings, weekends, and key retail holidays. Include exact availability by day and time.

Compensation

$13–$16 per hour. Final starting pay is based on experience, availability, and job responsibilities.
