About the role

Help every customer feel welcome, confident, and excited about their Lecce purchase. Sales Associates combine friendly service, fashion knowledge, and dependable store support.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers and provide personal styling and product assistance.
• Maintain awareness of customers while supporting loss prevention.
• Process purchases and returns accurately at the register.
• Recover merchandise, organize racks, replenish products, and keep the store clean.
• Support new arrivals, displays, price changes, and daily store tasks.

What we’re looking for

• Friendly, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable approaching customers.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn products and promotions.
• Able to work quickly, follow store policies, and stay productive.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required.

Availability

Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred. Include every day you can work and the earliest start and latest end time for each day.

Compensation

$10–$15 per hour. Final starting pay is based on experience, availability, and job responsibilities.
