Returns & Exchanges policy

Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface and save the box and packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your unworn and re-salable items for a full refund within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

 It is imperative that the shoes are returned in the same condition as you received them. A refund will be issued within a few business days of receiving the return.

There is no need for a return authorization number or other form. Rather, simply send us back your unworn items to the address below using your choice of shipping method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS, etc.). Be sure to include your original receipt or packing slip and an explanation to either exchange the items or request a refund. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box.

We are not responsible for LOST packages within the USPS system or FedEx system. Any package marked delivered, is also not our responsibility. We will be happy to help you sort it out with them, but cannot be held liable.

Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.


  • Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
  • 1. Log in to your account:
    • 1-1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • 1-2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • 1-3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • 5. Click Request return.
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


-Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

-We do not pay for return shipping.

-Sales Tax : No sales tax except on orders Oklahoma.

-WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
