About the role

Lead the daily business of Lecce Boutique while creating a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience. This role is responsible for sales performance, team leadership, store standards, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate the store team.
• Drive daily and weekly sales goals through active customer engagement.
• Maintain strong visual, cleanliness, cash-handling, opening, and closing standards.
• Manage shipment, inventory organization, price changes, and loss-prevention routines.
• Communicate store results, staffing needs, and opportunities to ownership.

What we’re looking for

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service, sales, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable holding the team accountable.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes associated with retail shipments.

Availability

Open availability is preferred, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and key retail holidays. Include the exact days and hours you can work.

Compensation

$15–$18 per hour. Final starting pay is based on experience, availability, and job responsibilities.
